1.)Why did the IT group at Royal Caribbean have such poor performance and business status in the company?

-The IT group have a poor performance because they don't want to mingle with the other department in the company. In other words they don't have unity. Also the IT group only do two things-command and control.

2.)What are the top three factors in Tom Murphy's turnaround of the IT function at Royal Caribbean? Explain the reasons for your choices.

-Communication
Tom communicates all the time to prevent silos.
-Respect
Because Tom had help the company, Tom gained respect from the staff of the particular company. They had a great working relationship.
-Silo-busting
Before Tom entered the company, IT don't want to mix with the other department. IT want to be alone. But now, they are forced to cross-teams to bring out products for the business, and now the silos was broken down.

3.)Visit the website of Royal Caribbean. Evaluate the effectiveness of the website and the services being offered to attract and serve the travel needs of customers and prospective customers. What could be improved? Outline the business impact of your idea.

-Their website is good because the show all their services in their website. Plus, they also put some trailers of the fun and adventures that the costumers could get in their services. Examples of the fun and adventures that the costumers could get are water-related activities, adventure tours, cuisine tours and many more.
